What a great value! centrally located between train station and Colliseum. Good size, clean rooms with all amenities you'd expect from a budget hotel. Nice large Bathroom with plenty of hot water! Nothing fancy yet we paid, for 3 days, less than a night in other areas. The staff could not be friendlier or more helpful, yet not in your... More

Location: If you are arriving via Termini (by train, or by bus from either airport), then this is a good location, about ten mins walk with luggage from the station. Quite a central location in Rome's 'Chinatown' (Chinese traders, rather than restaurants), about 20 mins walk from Colosseum. The B&B is on the third floor and has six rooms. Rooms:... More

It is a good place to stay, I enjoyed my beeing there even if pictures provided by hotel can be a bit misleading - at least this is how I found it after check in, the staff is very friendly and helping, the location is not that bad, someone mentioned it is not a very safety one, I can say... More

Room and bathroom were very clean and convienient to everything. Loved the floor to ceiling french doors that openned up so we could get fresh air, see the neighborhood, and hear the sounds of Rome. We live in the country now but I grew up in Boston so I loved all the neighborhood "noise". The staff were so nice and... More

While basic, this hotel is pretty much all you need in Rome. The location is good, particularly if you are arriving or leaving by train, and the main sights (Colosseum, Forum etc) are only a 15-20 minute walk away. Although the station isn't far away, it didn't feel at all unsafe or unpleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful. The... More

A short walk from Termini Station; the guest house is a fantastic base in the heart of Rome. The room was clean and had everthing we needed to make our short stay very pleasant. The Service we recieved from Teresa was second to none. It was extremely comforting to know we were being "looked after" by Teresa. If you're booking... More

B&B is few minutes away from metro and within walking distance from Termini station. Room is basic, but comfortable enough. Staff is great, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is is served in cafe across the street, croissant and cappuccino.

Just an apartment, partitioned into 4 or 5 rooms. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Noise insulation is very poor, so not for those sensitive to noise when sleeping. Rooms also face a fairly busy road. Reception is not manned 24hours but staff are always cheerful and helpful.
