Having just returned from 5 days (4 nights) in Rome staying at the Anglo Romano I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was to stay here. The Angolo Romano is in a great location for visiting the brilliant city of Rome. It's just a short 5 minute walk from Cipro underground station, where all of Rome's attractions are... More

I stayed at Angolo Romano for 5 days in April 2013. I booked it based on Tripadvisor reviews as well as location. It did not disappoint. Perfect location; 5 minute walk to the Vatican Museum and 10 minutes to St Peter's Square. One block from Cipro metro station which means you can take the Metro to any of Rome's attractions.... More

We stayed in this B&B for longer weekend, an absolutely perfect location with a perfect houskeeper,Gianfranco. He offered us a map of the city and his staff came every morning to clean up the rooms and the kitchen for breakfast. We had a very nice, modern and clean room with air conditioning hot/cold and breakfast was also very generous, with many... More

Great value for your money. 2 blocks up from Cipro station, 10 minutes walk to the Vatican. And owner Gianfranco was gracious and helpful. Just a few tips: The B&B is located inside an apartment building and is 2 blocks "up" (not down, as I read somewhere) the street from the Cipro metro station. There is a plaque outside the... More

Stayed here with wife and daughter in October 2010, so this is a very delayed review! This B&B is very cost effective and delivers what it promises. Excellent base to visit the Varican. To visit the other attractions in Rome you must be prepared to walk a lot. The place is a bit cramped for space but still comfortable. The... More

Wonderful experience, with a gracious, helpful and friendly owner! Merely 2 blocks from the Cipro station and in a real Rome neighborhood - right near Pizzarium - a big destination for pizza foodies. Its not in the city center, but it was hardly an issue - 2 stops and you're right there, plus Rome is fairly spread out so you'll... More

Jeanfranco, the owner is very friendly and helpful, will explain you where and how to go and what to see! I stayed for 4 nights here. Gianfranco, the owner was very friendly and helpful. He made sure I was settled in well and was very handy with local information on the best places for dinner, Gelato, coffee and lots of handy tips on what to do while in Rome. Located just a few hundred meters away from the Vatican city... More

My wife and I stayed in Angolo Romano for roughly eleven nights, four of which were actually spent in Florence. Angolo Romano is a great place to stay depending on what you are looking for, and I would stay there again if I ever made a second trip to Rome. We stayed in the “green room” throughout our stay, and... More

Gianfranco who is the owner help us a lot in giving directions. The metro was not that far from the hotel. It was accessible to a lot of places. It was near the vatican. My wife and I had a good time in Central Rome by using the metro. It is like living with the locals. I highly recommended this... More
