We were 3 families from Australia & USA consisting of 5 adults & 2 teenagers who stayed at Leotauro for 2 nights in September 2011 enroute to Venice for a Mediterranean cruise. We booked the whole apartment and were amazed at how inexpensive it was. It was surprisingly spacious and extremely handy to Rome’s incredible historical sites. Our host, Chiara,... More

We planned a trip to Rome celebrating my husband's 50th birthday. We traveled with another family and we rented the B&B as a vacation rental package. The cost was very good with both families splitting the cost of 200 Euro per night. We had the entire house to include the use of the kitchen. We were able to walk to... More

One of my colleagues found Leotauro and we booked it online. It's easy to contact it by call or e mail. WE were a group of 7 persons for an academic activity , international conference of arts and sciences. Comparing with the other delegates, we were in the closest location s from the american university, from Vatican center and other... More

The Gianicolo hill and I have quite a history, so it's always a pleasure to go back there. The Leotauro B&B is a welcome addition to the area because it provides a comfortable, safe, and secure place to call your own, with convenient connection to the city center. Chiara is a great manager. The bed and bathroom and common areas... More

We loved our stay at Chiara's apartment! It is in a good location, as the other reviews suggested, it is close to Trastevere and very close to Janiculum. The area itself is excellent. There is a fab deli across the road, and there are various cafes nearby. If you need an ATM, there are 2 close by. We felt really... More

Very nice and calm place in trastevere, very close by bus or walking down the animated places (10 minutes)... the place is charming, in a typical roman local building and neighborhood. We had a nice romantic week end walking around in Roma and especially thanks to CHIARA's advice to visit the city... We are very thankfull to our host for... More

My husband and I stayed at Leotauro B&B for 3 nights of our honeymoon. Chiara, the manager and owner of the b&b waited for our late arrival and was so tremendously helpful and open to explaining all that Rome has to offer. She takes great pride in her b&b and it really showed! The main/ shared living room/ dining area... More

We stayed for 10 days in Leotauro and it was a real pleasure. The B&B is situated in Trastevere, the epicentre of night-life, good restaurants, young educated people hanging around, etc. and it is a 10 min. bus ride from the very centre - Piazza Venezia. However, the B&B itself is situated in a huge apartment in a very nice... More

This is a very sweet and homey place. We loved the location and its proximity to the bus line. Chiara was the perfect hostess, providing us with tons of resources to plan our travels and helping us out when my husband fell ill. She speaks impeccable English, so no worries for the traveler who doesn't speak Italian. Highly recommended! More
