Booking a room in the IN-and-Out B&B means you need to be well aware of the fact that it is NOT a "hotel". There is no lobby or proper reception and there is not even an elevator. This was a great value -- particularly for Rome. The staff was very friendly. As a matter of fact, Filo offered to pick up flowers and wine ahead of our stay and have them ready when we arrived.
