Highly recommended. Kind service, great room, pleasant location and excellent value. Just had a fantastic weekend in Rome and staying at B&B ALMACROMONDO was a delight. The main “feature” is the kind and helpful hospitality shown by Roberta the owner. She made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. In addition, the room was spacious, clean and quite stylish. The... More

The B&B is ideally located for exploring Rome. The Metro is 5 minutes walk away and only one stop from the Termini. The bus stop is even closer. A taxi to or from the city centre was around 10euro. There are plenty of restaurants within a couple of minutes walk from the B&B and even late at night the area... More

Roberta is a warm hostess and always happy to try and help. The location is good, 5 min walk max to metro and on bus stop route near Porta Pia and British Embassy. Breakfast was bountiful which set us up for the day and place was spotless. Great room and good nights sleep in nice area just 1 block out... More

From the B&B you can easily get on foot the main atractions and the train station as well. There are lots of restaurants in the surroundings. The market can be a bit noisy in the morning, so better take ear plugs. Roberta gives all the keys, so you are free to go in and out anytime. The room is big,... More

Compared to the other places we stayed in Italy, this is quite basic, but you get what you paid for. The room is big, but our room was quite dark and the furniture hand me down type. Even though I'm sure the room was clean it just felt dirty, because of the darkness and the furniture. It was a bit... More

B&B Almacromondo is absolute perfection. Roberta is the perfect hostess from the very beginning. She emailed us before we were to depart from Florence to make sure that she was there when we arrived the next day. She also emailed us a map and how-to-get there information. The directions to the apartment are simple and clear, and we got there... More

I stayed at Almacromondo twice in June; once by myself and once with my sister. Roberta, the owner, is very friendly, helpful and relaxed, and the B&B itself (a large, renovated apartment) is clean and spacious. The apartment is very close to major sights (a pleasant, 15 minute walk from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain), and the rooms are... More

A nice and simple place that is good value. The people running it are very friendly. Free Wifi worked perfectly. The main downside: street noise. Right below your single-pane window people will start putting up market stalls at 4 A.M., and traffic on nearby main streets continues the better part of the nights. So - recommended mostly for people with... More

Rome is an expensive destination and it's difficult to find a hotel/B&B for less than EUR80. We've stayed 4 nights at Almacromondo B&B and our experience was great. The location is about 15min by foot from the metro and the same for Termini station. The room was spacious and the furniture isn't new, but enough for a short stay. The... More

The B&B is brand new. It's in a totally renovated big apartment with spacious rooms and indipendent, clean bathrooms just in front of the rooms. Rooms are clean and give a sense of hospitality. Beds are perfect, as well as air conditioning and sound isolation. The owner makes you feel at home. Breakfast is very generous and based on bio-products,... More
