It was a really nice vacation in Emily's B&B! We stayed 3 nights. We appreciated the information about discovering Rome of Emily. It was easy to travel from the airport to the Emily's crib. The breakfast was nice, but it was always the same. The room was very clean! When we had a problem, we could count on Emily. The... More

We have been to Rome this November and spent nice few days. Emily and Marco are really nice hosts. Bedrooms were nice with real blankets (necessary in November), equipment of shared bathroom was sufficient, no problem with hot water. Everything very clean. Breakfasts are served in hosts' apartment by themselves. Rooms are without fridge, glasses or any other dishes, but... More

When we arrived at Tropical B&B seemed to us that this is a great place for 4 nights in Rome. Unfortunately, for various reasons, there was no vacancy which was reserved. At the beginning we were a little nervous. We planned to explore the city from the Termini station. But Emily began to apologize to us and she proposed for... More

The place is definately clean and the service and hospitality was excellent. Marco found my partner and I sitting at the terminal looking lost, no reservations, so he took us to the B&B which is <3 blocks from the terminal, less than a 5 minute walk (luggage included). We stayed 2 nights had to leave the 3rd due to prior... More

This B & B was excellent! It was clean, the hosts were lovely, the breakfast was good, and the rate was great! The one downfall (not to anyone's fault) is the location. Yes, it is EXTREMELY close to the train station so that is a plus, but it is because it is so close to the train station that makes... More

This B&B was spotless -- extremely clean. Not necessarily exactly my style, but a lot of attention and thought was put into the decor. Very convenient location, next to the train station. But what really made the difference was Emily, the owner. So kind, so attentive, patient -- just a geniunely lovely person. Will definitely be back. More

We arrived to Rome without a reservation and were approached by a guy who had a room at a guesthouse. I usually never go with someone outside of stations, especially in big cities like Rome, but I am so glad I did! Walking to the B&B, we noticed lots of neighbors saying hi to him and he even thanked us... More
