We have just returned from a 4-day stay in the Augusta Lucilla Palace in Rome. Whilst this was a nice, and clean hotel, this is definitely not a 4-star ranking. We had a nice bedroom, quite spacious, with double-bed and enough wooden hangers for all our clothes. There was a lovely bathroom with an even lovelier shower but no bath.... more

We stayed here for 4 nights, great location for main railway station and metro. Breakfast wasn't overly exciting but was fine - 4 types of juice, tea/coffee, tinned fruits, selection of cold meats, pastries, bread, jams, eggs, sausages, bacon - enough to keep you going until lunch!. Just went to London, Paris and Rome and this was our favorite stay. Super clean, air works great, bed very comfortable, our room had a tub and bidet.
