It was quite difficult to find the hotel on foot at night from the termini station but just jumped in a taxi after wandering in the wrong direction for 10 mins and was there in no time. On arrival the hotel doesn't look much from the outside the courtyard is uninviting but the rooms inside more than make up for... More

We chose this hotel because of its close proximity to Termini Station and we were not disappointed. We were given a small but comfortable room close to reception. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly and we would certainly recommend staying here. No breakfast is served and we would agree with other reviewers that, for the price, it should be. More

Located on a main street within walking distance to all major sights and a metro stop. Room was clean and very comfortable. For the high price breakfast should have been included. Coffee and tea is available 24 hours a day. We were promised wifi but upon checking in we were told that our room was too far away to reach... More

Good location and only a simple 10 minute walk from Termini station; opposite the Ministry of Finance for orientation . Tucked into a courtyard and located on the first floor or you can take dinky, kitsch wooden lift up. Apartment-like, no-frills with a small reception area squeezing in a little sofa and a beverage area, with complimentary coffee or tea.... More

Hotel 10/15 minutes walk away from train station. If arriving at night and decide to walk it is very hard to find. There is no hotel sign outside and the door is closed after 4pm, look for the Number 58 above the door arch (hard to see at night) and ring the appropriate apartment bell at the side, it's next... The rooms are new, but do not even have telephone. Despite having LCD TV, only italian open channels are available. The building is very old and the elevator is never working. The staff is attentive, but we expected more. More

Hotel is conveniently located. Not a far walk to the main tourist attractions. It's a tiny bit hard to find as some of the other reviewers have said, but all you have to do is walk up to the door with the 58 next to it, ring the bell next to "7 Kings" and someone answers and buzzes the door...
