They changed the hotel without fuerther notification. So they accomodate us in Hotel Vienessa... Same street, closer to Termini. But it was more than strange. It happened at 1 am, so I decided to accept it. There is no entry to Evergreen late in the evening. There is a ring at the door, but no staff is there. The shame... More

Great location - right near the termini and walking distance to most sights in the center. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. I stayed here for 4 days when I moved to Rome while I was looking for an apartment and the really have nothing bad to say about it :) More

This is by far the worst hotel we ever stayed in. The problems began before we even checked-in - it took us forever to find this place, even though i had printed directions and phone numbers. After running up and down the stairs of 5-6 buildings, we finally found the place. The door turned out to be closed with a... More

This is my second trip to Rome with my wife, i found this B&B perfect , big rooms , private bathroom, air condition, big LCD TV, and a pc in our room . Staff was very helpful, the room was clean and the good position near Termini central station was perfect for visiting the monuments walking or taking the bus.... More

Recently stayed for 3 nights in Rome with my brother. Arrived at a different hotel to pick up keys, our hotel fine, though totally unstaffed. Arrived back late on 2nd night to a note telling us we had to move hotels(!) as they had given our room to a family! Relocated next day to find they had given us a... More

it was a nice stay, although a little chaotic. at arrival we were supposed to check in at hotel viennese, what we did. we got a room at hotel les artes, just a few meters around the corner. we were confused though, because nobody explained to us, why our room is at a different hotel as we ordered. the staff... This place is actually two flats in two different apartments converted into a B&B. We got there late around midnight and took forever to find the place because there is no indication of the hotel's existence. Then we couldn't get a hold of anyone to let us in no matter how many times we knocked or pressed the buzzer. After... More
