We stayed there for a couple of nights. It's a small and quiet b&b, very clean. Close to Vatican City.
No complaints whatsoever.
I'd recommend it to anybody.

We had a glorious stay in the deluxe suite. It is clean-clean-clean and so bright and airy. Nadia's breakfast in the room is a feast. Wireless internet can be iffy, but I took my laptop to the reception and got a connection. It is a 10-15 minute walk from the Vatican, and has many nice and reasonable restaurants nearby.

The entrance to the Fleur de Lis is a little off putting, but once inside and up the stairs to the property, the presntation and comfort is really good.
