Perfect location for walking the old centre of naples.
The advertised breakfast-buffet did not exist, no problem however you're surrounded by little bars that provide espresso's and croissants

This was by far just about the worst place I have ever stayed in. Me and my girlfriend had booked in for 2 nights. Both us girls felt extremely worried about staying here. The room was extremely damp and affected our breathing - in the height of a Naples Summer the room was stifling - we couldn't really have windows...

The exterior of the old building in which La Locanda dell'Arte is located is misleading. Inside, a remarkably attractive, simple but extremely comfortable place at a reasonable price. The staff is professional, friendly, very helpful but never pushy. House Café around The corner also quite nice. All near magnificent Museums and schools. Thanks to Liana 'Lilly', Rosa, Giulia, Coca, and...

Stayed 2 nights, and after a little difficulty finding the entrance behind a massive set of scruffy doors (and through a scruffy entrance patio) was delighted to find a beautifully restored traditional Neapolitan building with lovely clean and comfortable rooms and helpful staff. For character and value in the centre of the city, set off a quiet square with its...

We stayed here for two nights over Labor Day weekend. The location is great, if you don't have a car. It is located in downtown Naples, the metro is a couple of blocks away. There are many stores to shop and places to eat. Our problem is that we drove there and couldn't find a place to park and the...

Great location near Piazza Dante on busy thoroughfare. Very old and unpreposessing palace now parking garage. Looked like was under construction; hopefully it will be completed soon creating a nicer entrance and first impression of what was a nice hotel. Spacious room, nice breakfast, great restaurant where we ate every night (Owned and connected to hotel with same name) with...

I researched and visited most budget options in Napels for an assignment (travel report) and found Locanda dell'Arte one of the best options. Central location in a old, charming palazzo, clean and relatively serene - for Naples standards. We had a spacious 3-bedroom with shutters on the back side of the palazzo, overlooking the pedestrian area to the Archaeological Museum....

then you'll love the Victoria House...
It's on the main road, so close that you can leap out of the first floor window on to the top of the many buses going past. Really, even with the double glazing shut, it's loud. Some of the rooms in the Locanda section may be more bearable.
The drains didn't work, either. The...

Napoli is not an easy town to find well priced accommodation...LOCANDA DELL'ARTE & VICTORIA HOUSE was an interesting, yet disappointing stay. It is at the top of via Toldeo, which is a main shopping strip. The location is useful as your are close to the major Museum and a 15 min walk to the harbour area. You check in at...
