The staff is like most of Napoli people, hey are very friendly and like to talk. The hotel is located in the Center of the historical city but I didn't feel very safe. The rooms are clean but the furniture and design didn't make me feel warm. The breakfast is good and generous.

Location is excellent, in the transport hub, rooms spacious and clean. Restaurant is very nice with a view of Naples city. Breakfast decent. And very close to via tribunale, the happening part of Naples city. Recommend.
