The hotel and staff were generally excellent. Staff were pleasant and helpful. My room wasn't quite perfect. The carpet looked as if it had been bleached in places, and there was a full ashtray on the "balcony" [I was in a no smoking room]. Although there were train lines below, it wasn't noisy and sleep quality was very good.

Ideal location for transport hubs, esp the trains, including local train to Ercolono and Pompeii, and also the airport bus. The only good point about this hotel was its close proximity to the train station, but having a room which was next to the train line very quickly turned it into a negative as the noise was very loud and our room shook everytime. Excellent value for money. Perfect breakfasts, staff of the reception very well, we appreciated to have received a ticket of subway / bus pro person. A little noisy with trains if windows open. A little poor around the hotel.
