We booked this hotel based on the good reviews. It was only that a few days before our trip that I saw a negative one about the area. This hotel is very nice, our room was very clean and staff very polite and helpful. The hotel is about 20 or so minutes from the Naples Airport. A Taxi driver charged... More

Great hotel, nice pool if you can deal with the "Absolutely positively NO outside food allowed!" policy. You MUST buy all your food and drinks at the pool. AND you have to wear a swimming cap to be in the water. They tried to get one of the bald guys in our group to do that as well. It was... More

Having read some of the reviews on trip advisor prior to our holiday(already booked!), we were anxious to say the very least of what we were going to find. However- on arrival we were greeted by not 1 but 2 reception staff both speaking english to our very broken Italian! Both were very accomadating because we believe that as we... More

Having travelled all over the world as an airlinepilot for SAS, I have stayed at many hotels in many places. I have tried a lot on hotels on my 100+ nights every year - nevertheless my stay at this hotel beats everything...!!! The hotel is lousy. The rooms are old and the furniture worn and tidy. The is no roomservice... More

Rooms seems loud and very close to roads with heavy traffic Food at the hotel is not very well - but expensive Pool staff very rude and selfish We chose this hotel due to the Swimming pool, but service at the pool bar was rubbish, you could stand there for + 10 minutes while staff (frau blücher) continued to sun... The hotel promises a pool, a fitness suite and internet access. Out of these the pool has to be used with a swim cap, which can be hired (very hygenic), a totally substandard Gym with machines made for small people. Out of the machines in the gym the 2 bikes were both broken! Also there is a charge for this... More

I would recommend this Hotel for thiose that have kids and wants to travek around Naples and Amalfi Coast. The Hotel is in a very quiet place, on a top of a hill, with a great environment.. The problem is that the service is very basic and rooms are not good. My family was unable to take a single bath,... More

Goods: - The pool area is scenic and quiet, a nice retreat from the filthy and loud part of town just down the hill. Others: - If you can't get one of the few rooms near the pool (you'll pay extra and make sure you get the reservation IN WRITING or they'll stick you in the main building), you'll get... More

The surrounding area of the hotel was worse than the city centre with every pavement uneven and covered in glass just ask my eight year old daughter who fell over and got some in her hand. On arrival we were impressed to see our room was split level, clean and spacious. However the was evidence that there was at some... More

I've stayed at the Montespina three times over the past three years and enjoyed every visit. Twice by myself and once with my wife. Naples is a hectic city, so escaping to the Montespina compound, which sits atop a secluded mountain not far from the Agnano exit off the Tangenziale (toll road), was always very welcome after a long day....
