Good central location but carpets in room are old and dirty. Air conditioning didn't work and we asked for them to fix it multiple times with no help. More

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your comment on the Ramada Naples. I agree that some standard rooms require the replacement of carpet especially when they give the feeling of unclean. In this regard I can reassure you that our standards of cleanliness and hygiene are very high. Please accept my personal apology for failing to solve the problem of... More

First of all, we were very disappointed even before visting this hotel because we sent an inquiry to this hotel with no response. After a week later, I sent another email soliciting for a reply but in vain. I mentioned that we would be staying at this hotel in my email, still I did not receive any reply. Already at... More

Service is first class, reception staff were excellent, helpful and friendly...(thanks Luca),rooms were well cleaned and spotlesss after a days sightseeing. Breakfast was top class, busy but there was always plenty on offer...too many choices. Spent 1 week here for honeymoon at end of April 2012 and cant fault it. Hotel might not be in the best location for a Ramada but its... More

this was my third time there, (the last one 3 years ago) and nothing was the same, except the quite nice breakfast but with Italian coffee from "machines". no wifi connection or slow connection, no managers look after about the quality of the services, no clean room with dust, and no mini bar with the excuse of self service beverages... Dear guest, First of all, I would like to thank you for your loyalty. The hotel industry changed a lot in the past years; guest expectations, as well as cost managament. Obviously, these changes regard Ramada Naples, but, nevertheless Ramada Naples kept up its own standard of service. If breakfast is always nice (only American coffee is produced by automatic... More

The hotel was lovely, fantastic breakfasts and most helpful staff; but be prepared for a shock with regard to its location. Absolutely horrendous!! I am happy to say though that there is another side to Naples than this dirty and rundown area so get out and explore. More

Dear guest, Once again congratulations for Ramada Naples and objections to its location. I would not talk of shock unless I come from a small town. Naples and the area of the central station have all the problems of a metropolis; only if you wear the “right” glasses you will also appreciate the historical beauties of the district and the... Nice hotel, good but pricey food. Our bathroom could have been cleaner. The Internet in the rooms has to be paid for and has a data limit so if you're working it needs to be done in the lobby. The location is good for transport links but is not very nice. More

Dear guest, I would like to emphasize that wi-fi connection from the rooms (provided by an external supplier) is on charge because it guarantees functionality for large volumes of data (regardless of physiological and occasional system crashes). The connection from the lobby is provided free of charge and is recommended for those who connect for fun and not for work... More

This is a very well managed establishment that has managed to keep a very important personal touch for both the needs of the business and leisure traveller. The impact of our experience of staying with the Ramada Naples means that we will certainly be seeking out the brand for future stays elsewhere and would love to have the opportunity to... More

Dear guest, Thank you for your kind comments on the Ramada, though I do consider your judgment of Naples to be a little hasty as you stayed only one day which, in fairness, you spent partly in Pompeii. One should perhaps take more time to consider before passing such an opinion, however personal. Kind regards, Massimo De Angelis General Manager More

Dear guest, This review requires attentive analysis because otherwise it could sound like an alarm bell. In detail: good position; air conditioning off (Easter in Naples was cold and wet!); no hot water (we found no fault with our heaters); a rush of customers that our reception staff (three per shift) were not able to handle quickly (but we give... We stayed at this hotel in an overnight stay while visiting Pompeii. The hotel is close to the train station which was a major Draw card for my wife and I. Dear guests, Comfortable beds are undoubtedly a “draw card” for us at the Ramada. We invite all our guests to always state their preferences, even if they are only going to stay a short while. It is essential for us to always pass positive feedback on to our guests. Also, it is never easy to anticipate the many needs and... More
