Really in the heart of Naples is this charming set of appartments. The interior design is very nice, and you have a shared little roof terrace with an amazing view. I have never been in an appartment that was so clean and well maintained. I read that other guests complained about the six stairs you have to climb, but I... More

I stayed in the Zafferano apartment. My room was a very clean single bedroom apartment. The location is ok, being close to a safe main street but at least twenty minutes walk from train stations, through somewhat sketchy neighborhoods. The apartment is up six floors of steep narrow stairs, but is well-secured by three gates and another per-apartment door. This... More

We arrived at the Naples train station at night. Every B&B and hotel we called was full. Finally someone referred us to Raffaelle and Sui Tetti di Napoli. In desperation we took a cab to meet Raffaelle in a somewhat dark alley in the Old Spanish Quarters of Naples. The front door was scary looking and so was the cement... More

Since we were somewhat nervous about coming to Naples after reading for years about crime, we planned on staying the night and leaving after seeing the National Museum of Archeology. We arrived late and had difficulty finding a room. Luckily Raffaelle had Sui Tetti di Napoli available. He met us out front and immediately assured us we were going to... More

I first came across this B&B in 2009 when I needed an accomodation for one night in Naples. One of my collegues had stayed in the "Sui Tetti di Napoli" for some days and he talked about it as it was one of the "must-go" insider places to stay in Naples, for its inventive furniture, its affectionate decoration and impressive... Yes, as mentioned by others, it is quite a climb up and the building is nothing to look at from the outside (or the stairwell). But Sui Tetti is incredibly well located and once inside, the rooms are gorgeous, spacious and immaculate. Although this is not a traditional B&B in that breakfast is not served, we preferred the arrangement here.... More

At the beginning everything seems to be a big fraud. You enter the (almost hidden) dark and dirty staircase of a house in the old Naples quarter where you can’t imagine yourself staying for longer than a minute. They wrote us before our arrival that the room was in the upper floor with no elevator and that they hoped that... More

We booked the Sui Tetti di Napoli as a B&B for four nights and were truly surprised that we got an apartment with a kitchen and an amazing roofterrace with a view over naples. The breakfast is italian standard (packed bread, cakes, butter, marmelade, coffee, milk, juice), but the supermarket isn´t far and in the small streets around you can... More
