We arrived early on Friday for 2 nights, however the staff could not have been more friendly & accommodating. Heating was not working well the first night after arriving, and internet did not worked in the room during the whole stay. So we had to work out of the lobby. Very few cable channels. I must say that personnel was kind, specially at the restaurant. Bottom line, we paid for 4* and got 3* service.
