Comfortable, great location, 2 minutes to bus and train station and 10 minutes walk to the main square and old town. The service in the hotel was great, nice food, buffet style breakfast and 5 choices of starter and the same for main course with a selection of sweets, food was nicely presented. The staff were all very friendly and... More

Elegant, snazzy, pretty, could sum it up,. The location is only about four easy blocks to the town square where all the cafes are, where all the people watching is done, where all the shopping is. Why stay 15 blocks away and have to use a cab? I mean, from town square you are up on a cliff overlooking the... More

We loved the position of the hotel, and, as I love trains, didnt mind the occasional noise from the tracks. The room was clean and fairly well-appointed, though the shower was minuscule, but it all worked. The food, on the other hand was dreadful. We had booked a half-board stay and were so disappointed. Bland, over-salted and often barely edible,... More

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights in mid-march of this year as part of a tour organized by (and for) the college where he works. The hotel was simple but pretty and clean ( I loved the exterior plantings, what are those wonderful plants dripping down from the balconies?) The rooms were smallish but fine even for an... More

You better like trains if you stay in this hotel because what they have 'forgotten' to include in the hotel information is that the main railway station for Sorento is about 100 feet away from the hotel and the track runs along the back of the hotel about 20 feet away from the rooms. The majority of the rooms are... More

i'llstart with the plus points. The hotel is just a short level walk from the town centre. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a standard continental with a good selection of cereals, breads, cold meats and cheeses, pastries, fruit juices, yoghurts, and fruit. The waiters were polite and efficient. The public areas were clean and well presented. On the... More

This hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Sorrento. So convenient is it for the station the rooms at the back of the hotel look over the tracks! We had a room with a balcony on the 5th floor which was handy for the large sun terrace, we used this every day and often were the only people there,... More

This is a family-owned hotel with very high standards of service, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. It has been refurbished, and the owners live discreetly on the premises keeping an eye on things. They have recently started to open over winter, and the out-of-season half-board deal was excellent. Evening meals and breakfasts were good, and there is a pleasant bar. In... More

My wife and I stayed here in February, I can't fault it. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms clean and spacious. What more could you want? The hotel is close to the centre of town, a short stroll away. If we ever come back to Sorrento this is the place where we will stay. More

We stayed here four nights last May. It was comfortable, clean and conveniently located. The staff was helpful and for the most part friendly (at one point a tour bus was checking in and they were a bit perturbed but it was understandable) The bartender was Great.....very personable and had great suggestions on where to eat and what not to...
