This is a budget hotel within 10 minutes walk of the main square in Sorrento and within 5 minutes walk of both the train and bus stations which give easy access to the highlights of the area, eg Pompei, Amalfi and Positano. Right... I'll keep this short and sweet shall I? This place is a miserable excuse for a hotel. You expect good food, good showers, plenty of space in a room designed for 4 people and a hotel team of more than 2 when you stay in a hotel abroad. Just arrived back from the hotel tourist and all we can say is that it was excellent. The only problem we found was that you where dropped off from the coach about 200 hundred yards down the road and have to pull your luggage along narrow pavements. stayed for two weeks at the tourist was pleasantly surprised good location decent bar prices compared to the rest of sorrento and the food was reasonable too.5 minute walk to the train and bus station ,rooms were decent air conditioned in the evening so if you fancy a siesta then it could be a hot one as the air conditioning... more

This hotel is in an ideal location - just minutes from the Piazza Tasso. The train station is around the corner and everyone speaks English and so we didnt do any organised trips with the holiday rep.
