The first thing you cannot fail to notice is the fact that the hotel is immaculate and spotless! Both indoor and outdoor spaces are clean and so well maintained. The room, we had a see view room, was also clean and well maintained - nice furniture and great bedding. Electric shutters reveal the most amazing view over the bay and... More

We have just returned from a weeks holiday B&B at this hotel. We booked directly with the hotel to ensure the room location of our choice, sea and Vesuvius view. The hotel upgraded us to a Prestige room from the Premier we booked, a lovely gesture. The room was immaculate, beautifully decorated and had spectacular views, free wifi and room... More

The hotel has spectacular views and the service is the BEST you will find. The folks at the front desk sent us to two wonderful restaurants and we loved our stay even though it poured rain for two of the three days we were there. Met a wonderful mother and daughter from the UK who we had several pleasant chats... More

We have just returned from a weeks stay at the Ambasciatori. My daughter and I felt we were going home. The welcome is always outstanding and staff exceed any expectations. The hotel has had a bit of a brush up over winter and is looking amazing. More than anything the hotel has quality, style and elegance and I am returning... More

Anyway this is no fault of the hotel although it allows me to confirm definitely that the roof does not leak! Yes we liked it. Courteous staff, clean, nice a la... More

Stayed for a week to celebrate wedding anniversary, the staff were very friendly, the food fantastic and the location perfect. Ideal for days out, near the railway station for a visit to Pompei. easy to access the boat for a trip to Capri, or just sit in the square drinking fantastic coffee watching the world go by. We were very... More

We are here at present for one week, although the weather is cool and damp, we are well compensated by the friendly atmosphere provided by all staff, a credit to the hotel management. We wanted the perfect holiday researched on and off for 4 weeks then booked with Thomson who advertise this hotel as a 5 star platinum hotel. Booked the standard room with a balcony as we felt this would be fine as it is a Platinum hotel. As soon as we walked in the room our hearts sunk, the decor was... More
