My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Neptuno at the end of March for 4 nights. First impressions of the hotel was that it was in a good location, directly on the sandy clean beach, promenade and next to the Marina (Port). The tram stop is also directly in front of the hotel making connections easy around the city.... More

we, 5 adults, stayed here for a few nights, last summer...we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would return, if we go to valencia again. the location is great, right on the beach. there are lots of restaurants to choose from, very near to the hotel. the bus stop is also nearby, to go into town. there is a jacuzzi on... I stayed here a while back during the summertime when fiance and I were driving around Spain. The hotel we had originally stayed at in Valencia no longer had availability when we decided to stay another 3nights so we picked Hotel Neptuno after finding it on the internet. As we had been staying in the CBD we decided to stay... More

A great location and beautifully designed interior. Rooms are good, but the AC was set to a minimum temperature of 23 degrees making it rather hot and stuffy at night. Brilliant and varied breakfast. Reception was sadly slow and seemed chaotic...it took rather too long to register, despite pre-booking and having all the relevant booking confirmations - I became somewhat... More

THE hotel you want to book during F1 Race, right by the track...the hotel is new and very chic. Rooms are surpassing by far, most of the hotel rooms i've seen in my traveling life...Bathrobes, etc. everything is standard, no extras required....And the restaurant of the hotel is exquisite! Breakfast and dinner are spectacular, not to mention tapas hours!!! Price... More

If you want a hotel on the beach this is a great one! Expensive area to stay in (restaurants are plentiful but can be pricey) but that is for the luxury of walking out your room and being on the ocean. Very artsy boutique hotel. Parking is in an underground lot, at 19 euros per night. Rooftop solarium and jacuzzi... More

Really enjoyed my stay here. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Nice modern design and lovely rooftop terrace. Excellent location for the beach and surrounding restaurants and nightlife. Easy access to the city by taxi or public transport. Only ate in the hotel once but it was really good. I would definitely stay here again. More

We stayed for one night (mid-week and early season) at Hotel Neptuno and one night was enough. When we arrived we had been allocated a smoking room - the stench of cigarette smoke was simply disgusting so we went back down to reception and were offered a 20 euro upgrade to a non-smoking room overlooking the beach. The view was... More

We very much regret what happened, because the quality of sleep is very appreciated in a hotel. Frankly we were surprised by this criticism this season because is still summer clubs are not open . We hope you can get another idea of our hotel in other occasion. We'd love to have you as guests. More

Its a difficult hotel to review, one moment you think its good, the next you think you've been ripped off.... would I recommend it, well if you know what you're in for yes, but don't go there having seen the photos/website thinking you'll be staying at a polished, high end hotel... The hotel was great a few years back, but... More
