The rooms are ugly, dirty and smells bad. I refuse to stay in the room they offer me and they don`t give me back my money. I`m sure that it`s the worst hotel in Valencia and this city don`t deserve it. Avoid it. This is not a 4 star hotel. It`s horrible. more

In my estimation this would struggle to get 2 star rating and I have stayed in many a four and five star worldwide. Do yourself a favour and book in to the NH hotel next door. We did after one night at the Turia. It reminded me of an old eastern bloc hotel, basically a block of poor quality rooms.... more

The Hotel Turia is a no frills hotel with excellent service. It is very clean and has all of the amenities that you need. The management was very polite and helpful. Quality was excellent - not luxurious but a top-notch hotel which seems to cater to business-types. Rooms were well-jkept and comfortable. more
