We stayed over the Easter weekend in 2013. Some rooms (including ours on 3rd floor) look directly over the bus station however we didn't experience any noise issues. + nice rooms, clean, modern and well furnished - torn bedsheet - away from what you come to see as Valencia, 15 minute walk to attractions. - dodgy characters hanging outside the hotel... feels a bit unsafe. - behind the city's bus terminal... surrounding is really boring and dead.

This was last of 5 NH hotels we stayed in. Although we ranked it 4th best of the 5, it was still a good hotel and great value for money.
