Noisy, overpriced compared to other rentals of much higher quality , very basic. Noise from other apartments is awful and from the street. We have stayed in Valencia 3 times in the past year and this is nowhere near as good as the 2 other places stayed. The room needs a paint and fabric on sofa was full of stains.... More

50 Flats is a great location, short walk to old town, equi-distant between bus and train station, 2 blocks from metro stop. Valencia is a wonderful town to explore, we stayed 5 nights could have been more. Apartment is spacious, modern, relatively well equipped. Staff is helpful. More

The location is not completely central. It's, like, 10-15 min walking to Plaza del Ayuntamiento. Of course with metro and bus you can go everywhere in the city. The hotel is very new and modern. Neither cosy for sitting down nor very practical for meal cooking and eating, but clean and functional, most what is needed is in place. TV and free WIFI and some PC's next to reception. Location reasonably central. Free parking a matter of luck. Hotel parking and room prices rather expensive. Considering other brief stay if occasion arises. More
