Arrived in Benidorm,having booked with Travel Repbublic,to have a two week break at the GemelosXII Apartments,but on arrival,you then deal with a company called FINCAS ARENA,who are there agents,(please see my separate report re the accommodation they attempted to fob us off with "Finlandia apts") beware.
Gemelos ii,torre 1,was allocated to us when we refused to spend more than one night,in the FINLANDIA.We were just glad to move,so were not going to be picky.The appartment 12 d, was basic but clean.I was expecting to have the use of air conditioning,maybe a fan,occasional visits from a maid,Television(if only in Spanish),the use of a pool,told it was closed for the winter,( it was between 27/29,most days),sunbeds etc.You will get none of this if Fincas Arena are involved.We were, handed a change of discoloured towels and sheets,one evening though,but this only occurred once in two weeks.Other rental companies that had accommodation in the block,provided a maid service... more
