/we went for xmas and new year. unfortunately it was 99 per cent spanish . We met 6 other english and had a good time at gala dinners. The Spanish take over all the entertainment and just dance . Just back yesterday from a stay here for 5 days, hotel very clean, rooms were made up every day, food very good, and staff couldn't do enough for us, very pleasant. I've done over 50 Tripadvisor reviews & this is probably the most difficult one to do. There is so much wrong with this hotel, but at the same time some good points.
