Classy hotel, local area looks great but the demographic is 70% working class noisy British with no culture. Unfortunatly this nice hotel is in the wrong location. I will never ever return... these low class local morons make me feel ashamed to take my British passport out of my purse. More

This was our 5th visit to Hotel Cimbel for The Benidorm November Fiesta - the reception staff are excellent ! I stayed at the Cimbel with three friends and had requested seaview rooms, but were allocated side seaview rooms which were disappointing. Stay at this hotel for 3 night and what a let down. This hotel needs a good over haul,the only plus for this hotel was the location and possibly the pool.the rooms were outdated the food was waiter service with very little choice. Hotel Cimbel was very clean, food was lovely but not for brits who are looking for chips with everything. Staff very friendly as were the other guests who were mainly spanish and dutch. More

Arrived by car and parked in the P-basement. Cost €12 pr night but is worth it when looking at all the bumped cars parked in the streets:) The hotel was packed with pensionists that (i think) has arrived there by bus (many of them!). Just back from Benidorm, just a three day break. Great Hotel, nice large clean rooms, sea views. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good location, hotel right near the beach. Very central.
