Very nice, centrally located, well-equipped apartment. But the very best thing is the wonderful Juan who met us with the keys at the beginning of our stay and who was incredibly helpful, above and beyond what could be expected of him, when our hire car was towed away at the end of our stay. A really nice man. More

We spent one week at the apartments in November 2011. The location is good, just 2 min away from GranVia metro station. We used metro only to get from the airport (not comfortable for ladies with suitecases as you have to change the line from airport twice) and to reach train station (to go to Segovia and Toledo). On our... More

Stayed here with my wife at the start of a trip around Spain. The location is very close to the centre of nightlife in Madrid but in a very quiet street, no problem with noise at all. Prostitutes are certainly in evidence in the street that it joins on to but they were no problem - and this is the... More

We stayed here for two nights at the end of a long vacation in Spain and Portugal. We were looking for a location that would be central, and easy to reach after dropping off our rental car at the airport. We weren't looking for much, since by the end of a vacation you are often just thinking about getting home,... More

Juan (Manager) did me a great service when I left my iPad behind. He arranged for it be shipped to my requested location and inisted I... More

My wife and I stayed in one of the Studios for two nights just this month. The proprietor , Juan, was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The ability to speak basic Spanish is a plus as Juan speaks very limited English. The unit we occupied was very clean, safe, and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped which saved many Euros as... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in September and really enjoyed this place. It is so central, you do not need a taxi or metro at all. The apartment was clean, modern and had everything you need for a short city trip. Air-conditioned as well. It would not be suitable for small children though and it can get noisy, especially... Stayed in this apartment for 4 nights and would not recommend it at all especially for anyone stayin with children. The area around the apartment is full of prostitutes, the apartment above is let out to the prostitutes for them to bring clients back to. This results in people walking/down the stair/lifts. This takes place all day/night. During the night... More

We love this apartment. Its in a very central location, close to Sol and Gran Via. There are many food and shopping choices available, and several convenience store nearby. Its about 2 minutes to metro station. The owner was very friendly and even gave us a free bottle of wine on our first night. The room itself was spacious and... More
