The hotel was very nice. Our room was clean and spacious. This little hotel is off the major streets but extremely well situated regarding museums, shopping, and sightseeing. Everything (Palacio Real, the Prado, and Gran Via) is within walking distance and the metro is only a couple of blocks away. The hotel employees spoke good English for the most part and were very helpful with recommendations, etc. more
