Stayed for 5 days and loved it. Great friendly service; location is unbeatable; around the block from Gran Via, yet away from the noise and hussle; close to reach everywhere. Room was spacious and clean and comfy with one of the largets bathrooms I've ever seen in Europe; and this is all in a single room. more

We stayed at the Lusso Infantes in May of 2009 for 3 nights after arriving in Madrid as part of a 2 week trip. The positives of this hotel: clean, with a very nice & modern bathroom. It's fairly central, as we were able to walk most places, though it is located in a narrow alleyway. The main downside to... more

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It’s in the Chueca area which is closer to the main museums. It’s also close to Las Cortes which has a great bar scene. Monte Nevado is a restaurant a few blocks away that had great food and desserts. The closest train station is Banco De Espana and it’s a 5... more

I have stayed at this property two years ago and booked it again because we were so happy. BUT the service has significantly declined. It advertises that you have individually controlled AC. But the hotel shuts it off on Sept. 1. I finally rec'd this information after two frustrating days to get it repaired. The bathroom tub had molding and... more

This is a good place to stay in Chueca (gay part of town) Madrid. Very central, situated in a lovely old building. Great renovated bathrooms, no carpet in the room (thank god) The hotel is clean and serves a good breakfast. It was more of a really good 3 star hotel rather than a four star. They had a pillow... more

We had two of the larger special rooms (insist on the ones ending with 04). They were very big, with really huge&great bathrooms. As others wrote, the beds are not comfortable at all, and the hotel lacks any amenities such as a computer for guests, gym equipment, etc. But the pluses are there: Best possible location, quiet side street, minibar... more

The Lusso Infantas is a lovely place to stay just on the southern edge of Chueca. The rooms are stylish and up to date, with good wifi, charming little balconies, and comfortable beds (other reviewers have mentioned that the beds are hard, but to me that's the way they should be for a good night's sleep, and the pillows are... more

Stayed 3 nights at a room located on the 3rd floor, room 304 to be exact. Room was large and bathroom was also big and modern. Wi fi worked well, plasma TV works good also. The only drawback, the mattress could have been somewhat puffier. more

This hotel was a mixed bag. The staff was great and very helpful. The man on duty when we checked in gave us maps and told our teens where they could find a great club and how to get there and directed us to some great tapas places in the neighborhood. The common areas of the hotel were beautiful and... more

The big attraction of the four star (just) Infantas is its great downtown location, on a quite side street just 100 m off the Alcala and within walking distance of many of Madrid's major visitor attractions, including the three great art museums. We thought it good value at a discounted rate and enjoyed our two night stay, Our 'superior' room... more
