Stayed here May 10-13. Location was fantastic, very central and bustling. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, tapas bars and museums. The rooms were small but charming and had everything you needed. Clean, safe and great staff.

We stayed four nights in a Superior room at Hotel de las Letras on Gran Via. Excellent location, walking distance to Old Madrid and Bourbon Madrid. Located in central Madrid. Didn't agree with my expectations for a 4 star hotel in Spain. Missed a lounge area. The rooms to the gran via street, are very noisy. It has a very good restaurant. There're best choices for the same price.

The hotel is well located. We stayed in a superior room on a upper floor, the room was large and nicely decorated. The breakfast is of good quality and is served in the nice lounge. The only downside was the reception staff, who was rude and unprofessional. It is a shame for a hotel that has so much to offer.... More
