The main issue is location. It is pretty grim, but you dont stay here for the view. You DO NOT need a car to get to Madrid. The T32 bus stop is only two minutes walk away and comes every 15 minutes or so. It then takes 12 minutes to get to the metro at Legazpi. The metro then takes... More

Clean room, free parking, modern look & budget friendly. Onsite restaurant did not open for dinner until 8:30pm and no included meal or breakfast - a bit pricey. Frankly, it was a quite disappointing experience when I stayed at the hotel in October, 2010. I sincerely hope they have improved since then.
