I have to agree with all the others that this place is in need of an update. The place is tired and worn out. I stayed at the Eurobuilding 2 for 3 days. My apartment was large and so was all the furniture. The seal around the bath was black and the aircon did not work. Metro and bus stops... More

Not far from tube. Large apartment style rooms, with living room & kitchen. The looks are dated, but quiet and clean More

During my travels to northern Spain, I stayed at the Eurobuilding 2 in Madrid. I must say I was skeptical, because I read all of the previous mixed reviews from trip advisor and decided to try it out anyway. I really enjoyed my stay! It was quiet, my apartment was very spacious. It was definitely a home away from home.... More

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and I would definitely NOT reccomend this place to my worst enemy! The receptionists are unpleasent and rude. The room service is a nightmare. The furniture is old fashion. The food at the restaurant would be refused by dogs. In other words, I WON'T GO THERE ANYMORE IN MY LIFE!!! More

I stayed here in October 2011. I stayed by myself and I got a large 1-bedroom apartment for about two-thirds of the cost of staying somewhere much posher, like near Gran Via for example. The only downside is that the decor and furnishings are rather dated. But to be honest, if you're looking for a spacious, quiet, clean, well-priced place... More

My room is in disrepair, the paint is peeling off of the walls. I made reservations for a room that included breakfast but they don't begin serving until 8:30am. I had to leave for the airport at 7:30 but they still charged me 15 euros for a breakfast that I never ate. They charge 30 euros a day for wifi.... More

For business in the Financial district of Madrid this is a good location at short distance from Metro station Cuzco. Apartments are a bit run down, but overall still in bearable state. Avoid the rip off on Internet charges (around 13 Euro/24 hrs!), go instead to nearby Starbucks (couple of hundred yards away). The Booking.com said there was free internet... More

I had the opportunity to stay at the Eurobuilding2 on a couple of occassions in November. The Eurobuilding2 is conveniently located in the business section of Madrid. The Metro was only a short walk pobably not much more than 5 minutes away. There are a number of eating establishments in the area as well as a shopping mall a few... More

The apartments are in serious need of renovation. The kitchen has no kettle and you have to boil water on the stove. There is no safe in the room, the bathrooms need attention and the furniture is old and lumpy. Make very sure you ask for an apartment with an odd room number. The even numbers face Calle Orense and... More

On reading the reviews posted on this website before we travelled I was a little apprehensive about staying at the Eurobuilding 2, but when we arrived I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms and the quality. I agree with previous posts about the rooms being a little outdated but the rooms were huge and suited us brilliantly!!... More
