We stayed in this hotel for four nights during Dec 2012 which was the first leg of our twelve day Spain trip. The hotel is about ten minutes taxi ride from the train station ,in the middle of the clubbing area and walk able distance from most attractions. We were travelling with our 11 month old so were pleasantly surprised... More

Location was excellent - no more than 10 minutes walk from Puerta Del Sol. Loads of pubs between hotel and Puerta Del Sol. However, depsite this, the hotel was quiet inside and the black out blinds made sure of a good night's sleep. Recepionists were very helpful and you can leave your bags there on your last day. Tip: all... More

Reception staff friendly and helpful. Our Superior Room on level 6 was of good size with separate ensuite bathroom, fridge, safe, coffee machine and balcony. Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. Room has very comfortable beds, great thick bath towels and area to hang clothes. Breakfast was Continental style and has a small selection of Pastries, cereals, fruits, tea and... More

Check in was quick, staff helpful going through the city map and local touriest attractions. Had room 602, wonderful - clean, room size perfect, coffee machine, towels perfect. Room had a balcony. Location is outstanding for touring this beautiful city. Bars, resturants and coffee shops are only steps away from the hotel. Breakfast, I would recommend not to include in... More

I chose this hotel for the second time, due to its excellent location in the centre of Madrid. Last year I travelled in similar conditions, i.e. work, for a similar number of nights, but as I was with a colleague we got a twin room. This time a single room was booked for me. I have one advice only: avoid... More

The hotel had some cute charm in the decor and theme. The location is great. The staff was very detached and cold. Unwilling to assist in any issues, so do not expect a warm greeting or bother asking for any help. We did not have Internet connection the entire time and they could have cared less. We were missing items... More

If you are looking for a good location, clean and new rooms go for this hotel. Rooms are too small though. Our friends were lucky to be upgraded to a superior room with a terrace and I would have given this hotel a five star if we were upgraded as well. They knew we were together and we felt bad... More

Very good location. Five minutes walk to all the great museums and round the corner from Plaza Ana. Room was small but adequate. Was able to leave luggage when I arrived too early for check in. Found on tap tea and coffee supply very pleasant.

We had a "HOLE" in one wall with exposed wires and the television flashed on at 1 am and then shut off. Suggest hotel fix the hole and the television before renting out the room, again. On the other hand, the breakfast coffee was excellent and the staff charming and efficient, though the feigned surprise at my description of the... More

We loved our stay: Great location near a metro station and close to 100s of bars with walking distance to Plaza de Sol. Very modern + fresh design. Reasonable price. Also great that a very nice breakfast buffet and internet connection in room came included in the price. We will definitely stay here again when in Madrid if price stays... More
