Stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the what the hotel had to offer, stopping in room 319 a corner room overlooking the gran via was a bonus . Hotel breakfast very good got down before 9am and never had to wait to be seated. Madrid metro very easy to use, if there for up to 3 days buy 3 day metro/... More

Stayed here 3 nights in March, also stayed here Oct 11. Hotel has had renovation to reception area since then and much better now. Nice size room and nice hot buffet breakfast. Be careful - not all UK hotel on-line agencies do breakfast with the room rate so pick one that does.....it's €14 if you have to pay. Not sure... More

My husband and I spent 3 nights at this hotel in past January. Hotel looked great from outside and front lobby was looking great as well, very impressive entrance. The hotel was in a really good location. one block away from a subways station and in one of the main avenues. It is really easy to get from the airport. We walked to El Prado Museum and the Royal Palace in 20-25 minutes. The restaurant was always clean, they have organize tours from the hotel. The breakfast is excellent.... More
