I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The bedroom was decent sized, was clean and comfortable however bathroom needed updating. The buffet breakfast was OK. There is a metro stop right in front of hotel and train access directly to airport which was great. Slightly outside city centre, maybe 20 mins by metro to centre. I found the hotel... More

I had an overall good stay at this hotel in the middle of Madrid. The rooms were small but most rooms are small in Europe. They also had a full on breakfast for all the guests which was very good More

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The hotel was clean and tidy. A little warm and the bed was quite hard, but in general a lovely hotel. Staff were very pleasant and when my Spanish failed they all could help out in English. More

So, by now I must sound like a broken record. I always mention that I am not picky about hotels, as long as they clean, have a shower, a bed (to sleep), and a door. This hotel was booked through a middle party with airtickets as well. We usually do not take breakfast with a room (as its usually sucky),... More

This is a nice Business Quality Hotel with clean and confortable rooms. The hotel is located at the Piramides train station which has a direct line to the airport and underground access to the entire city of madrid. (hotel is 4 stops from royal palace and square) Great location for someone who likes to use the train and prefers a... More

I spent a week in Madrid and stayed in this hotel. I loved it, it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, smashing breakfast...lots to choose from homemade and fresh. Very reasonable price for such a good location, only meters away from the subway. I recommed it to everybody...you will enjoy it. More

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Almost on top of the subway and train so everything is very easily accessible. Only a 5 minute walk from El Rastro which is well worth going to in Madrid. Really decent prices for such a good location. Also within walking distance of The Prado Museum. Arrived to check in at about... More

We spent two nights in this very nice hotel during a weekend visit to Madrid. Our hotel room was nice and clean and the bed was confortable. We were both pleasantly surpriced how good the breakfast buffet was and there seemed to be something there for everybody. For us the location was great; not right in the city centre but... More

The hotel was located very close to the Atocha train station and the metro. It was also within walking distance of The Prado Museum. My biggest complaint were the hard-as-a-rock beds, but that seems to be what you find in Spanish hotels (although these were the worst we found. Another problem was that there was a lot of noise outside... More
