We had taken a 2 room apartment for the family, to our delight the rooms were very well done up with good amenities. The staff was very helpful as well. The location of the apartment was just perfect - just 2 minutes from the Metro station, the bus stop, the Cathedral and Plaza de Mayor is just 10 minutes.

Splendom Suites was in the perfect location. We were close to the action, but not too close. Most of the places we visited were in walking distance and the city bus service was excellent. Friendly apartment hotel close to the Museums. Short tube ride to Sol, or 20 minute walk. Had 2 bedrooms and small dining/Kitchen area with satellite TV (some English channels). We stayed in March 2013. Very pleasant place to stay and will be going back.

Very nice decor. Location good, plenty of shops and restaurants. Feels very luxurious. We were offered the two bedroom suite and it was perfect for us and our toddler. Rather thin walls. Kitchen only had two hobs but a nice oven.

Basic stuff, that needs review from their management: Hot water is a myth in this property. The building is an old one and it lacks the necessary infrastructure to fulfill the needs of all rooms in winter, therefore, every room is assigned a small quantity of "hot" water each day.
