Very good location with easy access from Metro stations : Sul and Sevilla. I had very small, noisy, dirty room. Rooms and entire hotel needs improvment. Horrible breakfast ( they charge 8 EUR ) for one piece of bread, one piece of cheese and 2 pieces of mortadela sausage!!! Typical 2 stars hotel, front stuff not really helpful and definatelly... more

Went with my lovely woman and 4 our friends for a three day break £80 per couple for the hotel. Staff are decent enough and so are the rooms. Close to everything so you can walk most places or get the metro which is buttons and fantastically reliable. Great city, would defo go to Madrid again and staff in the... more

I suppose the heading says it all. Avoid staying in this hotel like the plague. I was drawn to it because of its position which is indeed very central and convenient. It is just a few meters from the Metro station and just five minutes walk from Sol and all other city attractions. But then again, this is the only... more

Stayed at The Asturias for 3 nights, excellent location for all sights, metro some of the best tapas and tavernas try the little back streets you won't be disappointed. We weren't expecting much for a two star hotel but the rooms are a bit of a let down, if the pictures are correct then someone stole the furniture from our... more

The hotel is pretty much as you would expect from any 2 star. Simple, but comfortable and clean rooms, of average size. Bathrooms ok, clean, tidy. We couldnt have a plug for the bath/sink/bidet for 'security reasons'. Also, on the second night of our stay (we stayed for 6 nights), a large group of Portugese students arrived and spent the... more

The hotel is simple but probably is located in the best location for a hotel in Madri you can visit all the principles atracttions in the city by a walk of no more than 30 minutes more

Asturias Hotel is very Basic, but that was expected from the 2 stars Hotel. The rooms are OK but not very comfortable, No Air conditioning , so the rooms are so hot in the Summer time. Breakfast was fine. The area is very noisy in the Morning time, especially that you will have to open the window for some fresh... more

I had booked the hotel online through another service that listed it as 3-stars. When I got there, I found out that it had no AC, no WiFi, even though a connection from the hotel was available and an elevator that's button was held on by packing tape. The staff was pretty hands-off. When my friend and I decided to... more

Had three nights herein March. It was very easy to get to from the airport on the underground. 3 changes but we picked quieter stations after studying the tube map. The nearest station is Sevilla and that is yards from the hotel. This cost 2 euros. Reception was fine and we were allocated a room on the 6th floor. We... more
