I liked this hotel a lot, but have to comment on the fact that having really loud laminate floors in a multi-story hotel doesn't make sense to me. We could hear everything from the room upstairs. In the best position in Madrid, near to "El Retiro Park", "El Prado" Museum and very popular and good restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and the service correct. more
