This is a business type hotel quite near the city centre (10 minutes on the metro). It was clean and well maintained. There were many restaurants nearby. The problems were: (1) Check-in took half an hour; and (2) for parking one's car one has to enter the parking below, get the entry ticket, bring that to the hotel reception for... More

The service is very professional, the rooms are a bit outdated for four star expectations but the location to a major metro station works in its favor. Overall a pleasant experience although will probably opt for an improved looking four star. It's also close to a few cafeterias and has a McDonald's, burger king and convenience store located nearby.  More

This is a typical business-style hotel with good, clean and spacious rooms. Placed at one of the corners of Plaza della Castilla, it can be easily reached from the airport both by metro and taxi. They charge an extra of 20€ for breakfast but, at least on working days, there is a nice place, Delina's, just aside the hotel for... More

The reception staff were pleasant and helpful, although, I queried the booking as I had booked a normal room with breakfast, when they checked, they advised it was a suite without breakfast despite having already given me the key for a normal room. The room was very dated and the heating didn't work properly, it was cold and when you... More

This hotel is in the heart of the business district, which makes it great for a business traveler, but it is also right on the metro which makes it great for Vacation travelers! The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff spoke English, and free wifi! There weren't a lot of restaurants around, but there is a McDonalds and some... More

stayed here for one night for business purposes. location is good, metro just next to the hotel to go to the city centre. Staff very unfriendly, no smiles and not very welcoming when arriving. the rooms are OK, but not of a fourstar hotel - more of an "old 4 star". bathroom is also old - with neon bright kind... More

On arrival, the receptionist told me that my room (pre paid via lastminute.com) had been cancelled, and offered to make a new booking. Receptionist didnt offer to call lastminute, he just wanted to make another booking at a higher rate and would not provide me with any proof that my original booking was cancelled, to enable me to get a... Nice hotel, clean, very good breakfast, free wifi in the rooms and helpful personel. The Plaza Castilla aerea is not so nice, but the metro is just a few steps away. I would recommend it specially for Business trip. More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for four nights. The staff were friendly, spoke good English, and were genuinely helpful. The hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable. Toiletries were provided, including a couple of items, such as a toothbrush, a comb and a sponge, which you might not expect to find. Towels were changed every day even when... More
