This hotel is about 10 minutes drive from Madrid airport and after midnight you need to take a taxi to arrive there (around 15 EUR). “Great hotel”

Stayed here the night before the Madrid marathon. Chose it based on proximity to motorway and metro, which was a 2 minute walk away. Staff were great, very friendly, and the hotel was spotless. Breakfast was decent too. Very impressed and would definitely use Novotel again.

We stayed for 2 night and enjoyed everything. The best thing is the breakfast we pre-payed when we booked the room. I don't recall having more choices for breakfast at a hotel. “Remodeled rooms”

Stayed at the hotel various times. This last time I got one of the remodeled rooms. Fantastic stay - friendly staff, good bed and modern room. Great for the weary business traveller. Hotel is great for business trip to the area.

“A very average hotel.”

Seems like great minds think alike. The best thing was the location near walking to the IFEMA and the complimentary shuttle to/from airport. The room is simple but the bed was at least comfortable.
