A fairly old property well located nearby a subway station in Madrid. One could expect better from a Mercure. The bathroom plug for the shaver in the bathroom did not work. I informed the housekeeping staff. Yet, the following day, nothing changed. But the rooms are quiet and clean. Breakfast was good but expensive for what it is. More

I always stay in this hotel with my family whenever we visit Madrid, we stayed there over 10 times in the past 10 years. The location is the best and the staff are wonderful and attentive. Modern clean responsive hotel. Handy to metro and hop on bus. Rode green bus from Airport and Taxi to door 15 euros from Atocha Taxis and people waited in orderly lines wihout a uniform in charge. Unbelievable! More
