Great choice. We've booked online - Very reasonable price compared to its location. Very close to puerta del Sol. The room was very clean - computer in the room didn't work though and they didn't solve the problem during the stay. Also, the room did have a window but no view at all. The breakfast was okay, in a coffe... More

Pros: The hotel is located at excellent location, very near to the Puerta del Sol. The area is centrally located with lots of pubs and restaurants. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful. They speak good English and well organized. The room design is modern and comes with computer in each room. Wifi speed is very good. Cons: The noise insulation... More

Stayed for two nights on our Spain holiday - we were a bit skeptical on the room size initially - but the amazing location, delightful decor and wonderful value more than made up for it. Excellent WiFi and very helpful reception counter staff. It's walking distance for Plaza Santa Ana, Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. Would recommend anyone who... More

The hotel was in a perfect location. Very central with lots of sites, restaurants and nightlife nearby. Safe area. You have to buzz reception to get in the building but it was never a problem getting in. There is no elevator so you may have to carry your luggage up one or two flights of stairs depending on what floor... More

Location is excellent, walking distance to everything in the centre of Madrid. The free walking tours provided by the hotel (2 different ones, run on alternate days) were excellent and a really good way to familiarize ourselves with the city. Free wifi was also great. Room and bathroom were clean, but tiny. There was nowhere to put our cases, they... More

This hotel was an excellent choice. The location was excellent as everything was within walking distance. The rooms were clean, bright and comfortable. My friend and myself stayed in a triple room which was a bit larger. For a city centre hotel the price was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay there again.

Stayed at the JC Rooms Santa Ana for one night. The room was spotlessly clean and the receptionist really friendly and helpful. I had booked a triple room and have to say it was really small and cramped. Ok for one night but I would not have wanted to stay in there for more than a night, there was only... More

JC Rooms is very easy to find using the metro from the airport, 5 mins walk from Sevilla metro stop. The hotel was very clean and modern, in a lovely area of Madrid's old town. It was within easy walking distance of loads of attractions, surrounded by restaurants and shops nearby. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a... More

On our Madrid trip, we had difficulty finding a place to stay after our Zurich trip as there is a gay festival on the day that when we were about to arrive in Madrid. Finding JC room, you should alight in SOL as its the nearest train station from the airport. Find your way to Calle Cruz (caveat: Calle Cruz... More

Instead of going with the entire school, this time we were just three of us. Three crazy architects eager to explore every bit of Madrid's history, heritage, culture, and people. We planned our trip knowing absolutely nothing about the city, its highlights and hotspots. I guess we were really lucky with our hotel choice since it was at the best... More
