Booked this hotel through expedia and got a really good price for it... Staff were all helpful, they helped us with airport information and were generally nice.. We recently stayed for about 8 nights at Hotel Arosa in Aug 2009; we were very happy with the rooms; the location; and the buffet breakfast; and the service from hotel staff!
