Fully functional small hotel right bang in the centre of Madrid's shopping district. Well placed for Gran Via, Chueca, Puerta del Sol, eating and sightseeing. The staff were great, the room and en suite were reasonably well equipped and spotlessly clean. More

This hotel has a great location, right in the heart of downtown Madrid. It is only about a 5 minute walk from their subway station, and has shopping, theaters, and nightlife surrounding the hotel. The Carlos V is a solid and reasonably priced choice for Madrid. The location is good, close to the Sol metro station, the Gran Via, the Plaza Mayor, and the Royal Palace.
