The hotel is in a quiet area, 30 min of walking from Atocha train/metro station and 30-40 min of walking from the Prado Museum. Considering the prices that were in the city center this hotel was a very good price quality deal. The room was very clean, the toiletries products good, the breakfast (which we had it included in the... More

This hotel is located in a quiet part of Madrid, but only a short metro/bus ride away from the museums and the centre. Near to Atocha railway station. Very good 3 star accommodation, clean and friendly. Very good/cheap for visitors with cars that need secure parking. Free Wi-Fi in reception area. Breakfast a bit pricey, but lots of cafes nearby... Hotel is situated 25 mins away from Atocha station - which is not easy to find. Couple of stations away from the city centre - maximum of 18-20 mins travel time if going to city by bus and direct access to the M-30. The hotel is 25-30 mins by walk from the city's artistic and cultural heart (Museo del Prado,... More

I stayed in the hotel for four nights over New Year. The staff were helpful - Racquel was particularly good, she recommended us where to go for chocolate and churros and how best to get to the various museums we wanted to visit. The location however, is not great. It's around a ten-fifteen minute walk to the nearest Metro station... More

when we arrived the morning receptionist was rude and not very helpful at all. she indicated that the room was not ready and that we had to wait. which i understood however she did not offer us with breakfast at the hotel's restaurant or indicate where we could have breakfast at that time. she did not provide any information concerning... We visited Madrid for a long weekend on 8th September and stayed at this hotel as the reviews were pretty good. The room was fine, nothing to complain about there. The area was not. Firstly, it says on their website that they are next to Atocha station... they are nowhere near Atocha station! The closest underground station is 5 blocks... More

We stayed there twice on our way to / from Morocco. Both times the rooms were excellent, spotlessly clean and of a very high standard for a 3 star hotel. I've stayed in some 4 star hotels that haven't been as good as this, its at least 3.5 stars. Fantastic bathroooms complete with lots of free toiletries, and rooms were... More

We spent three nights here in March 2011 for a short break in Madrid. Although the Metro stations are 10-15 minutes walk away there is a bus stop almost outside the hotel door and just hop on there, number 55 or 60 will drop you right outside various metro stations - no need to walk anywhere. Just buy the tourist... More

We spent 3 days including new year's day. The hotel is in a safe area. The closest Metro station is Delicias (5/10 mins walking), and the centre of the town (Sol) is only 4 metro stations away on the same line (yellow) The hotel lobby is very nice, the rooms clean and the bathroom very big and with lots of...
