I confirmed a booking 10AM and request explicitly fares without any notice. I could not travel to Gibraltar due to custom problem and the Hotel charged me with the room. We (a mature couple) arrived by car to Gibraltar from Malaga in September 2011. This hotel was the only one on internet that had rooms available in Gibraltar. Found this hotel easily with their directions. Parked right outside the door on the street for free but I believe they only have a few spaces reserved for guests.
