The hotel is confortable, it dosn't have some services you expect from a 4 stars, ie. gimnasium

These guys bend over backwards to ensure a pleasant stay. Stayed three nights & will come back my next time in Vigo.
Plus: ugraded to Jr. Suite at no additional cost.
Minus: Too close to elementry school and can be noisy during the week.

Our stay here was very nice. The hotel was only opened last October, very original decorated, good beds, nice breakfast and above all a very good service from the reception

Nice modern hotel, good location and staff very nice. But, the breakfast was bad and the dining room is not nearly big enough for the number of guests. People had to wait at door every morning for someone to finish. Very off putting. The rooms are not soundproof you can even hear the curtains being drawn next door.
