We stayed all inclusive and the service is very poor as your not a paying customer as are the half board customers. Our room stunk of smoke and the sheets where untidy and also smelt really bad of smoke. Staff attitude was very poor especially when going to the bar for more drinks (All inclusive). More

The hotel is located a bit off the city center, on a highway. If you park on the other side of the highway (shortage in parking near the hotel) , be extra careful from the high speed traffic. It`s conveniently located when you travel by car, but also easy to reach by bus and a taxi from the center is about 10 euro. We spent 2 nights in the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and speaking English. The hotel has a parking included in the price. More

Some reviewers complain about the distance the hotel is located from the city centre.
