My room smelled like an unclean bathroom (I mean it) - we had to sleep with the windows open in order to not be intoxicated by it! The bathroom itself smelled even worse and the showers didn't provide hot water (needless to say that they looked dirty...). Conditions are just TERRIBLE. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The only good part of this hostel is the location, it is right on la rambla, near the markets, not far from some major sights, the metro etc. But if u want a nice place to stay, don't come here. Location and price are good. Very loud even at 3 and 4 AM, seemed like people were having a party in the hallway. Breakfast was the most minimal of any of the 7 hostels I stayed at on this trip. Barcelona has many hostels that are great. This one was just tolerable. The rooms weren't the cleanest. They do have lockers and computers though. Wouldn't suggest paying over 20 to stay there.
